Associate Doctors Dr. Viki Panos
Dr. Panos began her career at SSAH in June 2007. She graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Dr. Panos practiced in Metairie, Louisiana with small animals before deciding to move back home to Shreveport. Her strong medical interests are in dermatology. She is very compassionate towards her patients and their families. She has a German shepherd mix named “Simone” and a cat named “Daisy”. Veterinary Technicians (Pet nurses) Brooke B.
Brooke has worked with us since May 1998 and is our jack-of-all-trades. She began as a veterinary assistant and worked her way up to a full time Veterinary Technician. She is currently enrolled in a certified veterinary technician program. Brooke and husband Clay love to go hunting and fishing during their time off together. They have a Pug-mix named "Alex", two Rat Russell terriers named "Scooter" & "Daisy", a terrier mix named “Kloe” and a mix breed named "Tinker". Rachel M.
Rachel is one of our Veterinary Technicians that started as a Vet Assistant in March 2007. She works full time and is eager to learn new things. She was trained by our technicians, doctors and by doing some research on her own time. Her goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible while in our care. Rachel is enrolled in BPCC, but plans to transfer back to LA TECH to finish up her animal science degree program. She has a lab mix named "Bear" and a Shih Tzu mix named “Oui Kitti”. Gabby G.
Gabby has been with us since June 2009. Receptionists Tiffany B.
Tiffany started working for us in August 2005. She started working as a Vet Assistant and is now up front as a receptionist. She currently holds a degree in Cosmetology. She enjoys assisting clients when they call in with a need. She has a cat named “Smoke”. During her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family. Bailey J.
Bailey has been with us since September 2008. Bailey worked as our Kennel Manager for over a year and was also a full time kennel assistant before that. She loves spending quality time with pets during their play time sessions. She has a Rat Terrier mix named “Tilton” and a Malanois mix named "Miss-E". During her spare time she enjoys catching up on a good book and spending time with her fiance Peter. Hollie S.
Hollie has been with us since April 2006. She loves all animals and forms a strong bond with them. Hollie has two pomeranians, "Bear" and "Hunny". When she is not making appointments and taking boarding reservations, Hollie enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, family and friends or watching movies, reading and napping. Rachel began working with us in November 2009 as a Kennel Assistant. She has always taken great pride in her job and was promoted to Kennel Manager for it. Rachel fell in love with her job immediately and her favorite thing about working at SSAH is that "even on a day when everything is going wrong, I walk into our kennel and there is always a dog that puts a smile on my face!" She has three dogs at home: Elvis, a feisty little Chihuahua, Lillie an all-white mutt, and Hazel her "active, ball-fetching mutt". In her spare time, Rachel adores reading Nicholas Sparks novels, watching Animal Cops Houston on Animal Planet, or cathing up on the latest CSI. Jordan E.
Jordan started working for us in February 2011 as a Kennel Assistant, but through her hard work has now advanced to Kennel Manager. She began working with animals by volunterring with the Humane Society of Shreveport and now makes sure your pets feel at home while staying with us. Jordan enjoys reading, writing, music and playing with her five year old Lab mix "Bailey".

Lindsey started working with us in July 2009. She received a degree in Graphic Arts from Louisiana Technical College shortly after being hired. Lindsey also has a dog named "Snuggles" and two cats: "Cherio" and "B.C.". Laura L.
Laura has been with us since October 2009. She has many hopes for the future including training to become a technician. Laura has two dogs at home, "Sargent" a Hound mix and "Chief" a Pitbull mix. Randi P.
Randi started working for us in May 2010. She does not currently have any pets, but would like to have a kitten and small dog, until then she makes certain that all the pets being boarded feel at home. Her favorite part about working is helping the doctors care for all our patients. When Randi is not working she spends time at home with her 2 year old son, Joshua. Lindsey B.
Lindsey began working with us in September 2011 as a Vet Assistant. She has a Border Collie/St. Bernard mix named "Earl" and a Rat/Russell Terrier named "Peaches". In her free time, Lindsey likes to spend her time doing outdoor activities. Wendi W.
